The story behind the venues visited and drinks tasted
Our Chester Beer Tasting Tours last around 2.5 – 3 hours in total and can start anytime the venues are open. They generally work well as an afternoon/early evening activity when it’s a little less busy and you can hear your guide talk you through the beers.
You’ll sample a range of styles from lighter beers such as pale ales, going up on the palette to IPA’s and Stouts/Porters.
Tasting measures are usually a 1/3 or 1/2 and these differ in amount depending on the venue however guests usually always have a drink in their hand (unless they drink super fast), and we find it’s just the right of beer tastings for the time spent on the tour.
The venues visited can change depending on the day and time of your tour.
