Join Jo (pro-brewer) on a London Brewery Tour and Beer Tasting around some of the best microbreweries in Hackney, East London

The microbreweries near him in Hackney Wick are a creative hub of craft brewing, with some of the best breweries and taprooms in the city. You’ll visit Crate Brewery, Howling Hops, Old Street Brewery and enjoy a beer in each before finishing up with some cheese and beer in Beer Merchants Tap.

Jo will show you around some of my favourite beery haunts in this buzzing area of East London, all while drinking delicious craft beers and chatting all things beer.

You’ll learn about different styles of beer, the history behind them, ingredients and processes to make them, as well as hearing tales from within the world of beer from a seasoned brewer.

The venues you’ll visit are Crate Brewery, Howling Hops Brewery, Old Street Brewery and finally Beer Merchants Tap where you’ll get to enjoy a sharing platter of cheese with your final beer. On the tour you’ll get four ⅓ pints and a ½ pint of an array of tasty craft beers – Bristol based brewery that has opened a specialist barrel ageing project in the capital. Enjoy some stronger, darker beers here to finish the day.
